Overview

The Marketing Analytics Manager serves as the lead analytics partner for the Marketing organization, driving data-informed decision-making across demand generation, brand, product marketing, and customer engagement initiatives. This role owns marketing performance measurement, executive reporting, budgeting analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights that guide investment decisions and business growth

As the primary analytics leader within Marketing, this individual manages one direct report responsible for lead routing, marketing operations support, and process execution. The Marketing Analytics Manager works closely with Marketing leadership, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Executive stakeholders to ensure alignment on performance measurement, forecasting, and strategic priorities.

Success in this role requires a strong blend of analytical expertise, business acumen, executive communication skills, AI literacy, and the ability to influence decisions across all levels of the organization.

This is a full-time, remote role with a salary range of $95,900 - $137,200, bonus eligible.

Responsibilities

Marketing Analytics & Insights
  • Serve as the lead analyst and strategic advisor for the Marketing organization.
  • Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting processes.
  • Analyze marketing program effectiveness, campaign performance, funnel conversion metrics, customer acquisition trends, and ROI.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization through data analysis, experimentation, and performance benchmarking.
  • Develop predictive analyses and forecasting models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.

Executive Reporting & Board Communications
  • Own the creation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing performance reporting.
  • Develop executive-level presentations and board materials that clearly communicate marketing impact, business results, and strategic recommendations.
  • Present findings and performance updates to senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and board-level audiences.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of marketing metrics used across the organization.
  • Provide clear, compelling data storytelling that connects marketing performance to business outcomes.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Analysis
  • Partner with Marketing and Finance leadership to manage marketing budgets and investment planning.
  • Support annual planning, forecasting, and ongoing budget tracking processes.
  • Evaluate marketing spend efficiency and provide recommendations for resource allocation.
  • Develop financial models and performance projections to support strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor performance against plan and proactively identify risks and opportunities.

AI & Advanced Analytics
  • Leverage AI-powered analytics and productivity tools to improve reporting efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and insight generation.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate reporting, analysis, and operational workflows using AI and emerging technologies.
  • Partner with Marketing, Operations, IT, and Data teams to evaluate and adopt AI solutions that enhance campaign effectiveness, lead management, and customer engagement.
  • Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, uncover trends, and generate actionable recommendations while ensuring data accuracy and business relevance.
  • Establish best practices for responsible AI usage, data governance, and validation of AI-generated insights.
  • Stay current on advancements in AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and marketing technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Align reporting methodologies, funnel definitions, attribution models, and business metrics across functions.
  • Support strategic initiatives requiring cross-functional analysis, performance measurement, and executive visibility.
  • Act as a trusted advisor who can effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build strong partnerships that drive organizational alignment and data-informed decision-making.

Team Leadership
  • Manage and develop one direct report responsible for lead routing, marketing operations support, and process administration.
  • Establish priorities, provide coaching, and ensure operational excellence within the marketing analytics function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
