The Marketing Analytics Chief of Staff partners closely with leadership to improve how the team operates, drive clarity and follow-through on priorities, and strengthen coordination across key stakeholders. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, self-starting individual who brings strong judgment, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will help the leadership team operate more effectively by shaping team routines, improving planning and communication, and building the structure and momentum needed to move important work forward.

What You'll Do

Leadership Team Effectiveness: Improve the way the leadership team operates by strengthening planning routines, meeting effectiveness, follow-through, and cross-functional coordination. Bring structure to priorities, surface gaps early, and help leaders stay focused on the highest-value work.

Team Productivity & Ways of Working: Design and mature team operating rhythms such as planning, staff meetings, All Hands, Analytics Collab, reviews and retrospectives, and quarterly business reviews. Identify friction points and implement practical improvements that increase focus, accountability, and team productivity.

Operational Excellence: Independently drive alignment across critical partners and manage cross-team dependencies to reduce friction and accelerate delivery. Serve as a central point of coordination for updates across broader programs. Prepare concise weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates that connect work to business priorities and OKRs while reinforcing a culture of preparation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Strategic Coordination: Own agendas, materials, and follow-ups for key forums. Ensure decisions, owners, and timelines are captured clearly and translated into action. Anticipate what leaders need to make progress and help keep high-priority work moving.

Presentation: Independently develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations to communicate priorities, progress, and decisions to a variety of audiences.

Communication Excellence: Deliver clear and timely updates across the organization. Tailor communications for different audiences and help ensure work is understood, socialized, and moving forward with alignment.

Build Analytics Domain Fluency: Develop strong working knowledge of the team's analytics work, tools, and processes so you can speak about priorities, insights, and progress with confidence and clarity to business partners and stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

1. Manages projects or multiple workstreams within a broader project or program. Develops, implements, and monitors project plans. Contributes expertise to major project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.

2. Provides insight on best practices and common obstacles based on prior experiences. Serves as a trusted advisor to ensure projects are aligned with the overall company strategy and market conditions.

3. Communicates project status and issues regularly to stakeholders, including leaders, team members, and senior managers.

4. Builds and maintains effective relationships. Proactively fosters communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.

5. Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of related work experience, with experience supporting cross-functional initiatives, improving team operations, or managing complex workstreams. Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred.


  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.


  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and operate effectively in ambiguous environments with limited direction.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for a range of business audiences.


  • Experience developing polished presentations, organizing leadership discussions, and driving follow-through on decisions and action items.


  • Intellectual curiosity and comfort working in an analytics-driven environment, with the ability to build credibility with both analytical and business partners.
