We are looking for curious, self-starters to support the identification, onboarding, and ongoing support of a diverse customer base. In this role, you will identify potential customers and support initial outreach efforts.

- Reading and evaluating industry information from different news sources, market reports, and industry publications to understand a diverse customer base spanning many industries.
- Assessing leads generated from a range of internal and external resources to help identify new customers.
- Introducing new customers to McMaster-Carr by sharing information about our products and services via email, phone, or in-person visits.
- Building long-lasting relationships by anticipating needs and responding to each customer's unique preferences.

Cash CompensationTotal cash compensation ranges from $103,000 - $118,000 annually, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.

Who You AreA bachelor's degree is required for this role.
