Manufacturing SupervisorWhat You'll Do: You will supervise and develop a dedicated team of operational personnel, ensuring all manufacturing activities meet strict cGMP standards. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining quality control, optimizing production schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll also play a key role in fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement, working closely with quality assurance and production teams to deliver exceptional products.
Required Skills: - BS degree in sciences or engineering
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing operations within a regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality control principles
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Detail-oriented and capable of working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with SOP development and implementation
- Experience with audit preparation and regulatory inspections
- Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and high-tech manufacturing processes
Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
- At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in GMP manufacturing settings
Other Requirements: - Ability to work onsite in Lake County, IL during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) with occasional evening or weekend shifts
