You'll coordinate between cross-functional teams, manage resources, and solve problems before they even have a chance to arise. What You'll Be Doing (and Absolutely Crushing It):- Leading lean manufacturing projects for cost reduction, boost productivity, cut waste, and enhance process efficiency across procurement and supply chain.
- Collaborating with engineering, operations, and quality teams to uncover bottlenecks and find innovative solutions.
- Lead procurement and supply chain projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
- Use data-driven insights to track performance, identify trends, and make informed supply chain decisions.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost savings, quality, and supplier performance.
What We're Looking For:- 5+ years of Experience as a Project Manager in Cabinet manufacturing, woodworking, or millwork industries required.
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus!
- You've successfully led lean initiatives and know your way around tools like 5S, Kaizen, VSM, and TPM.
- Knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems, and supply chain best practices.
