Fincantieri Marinette Marine, a Fincantieri Marine Group Company, is hiring a Manufacturing Performance Manager at our Marinette, WI location.
Position SummaryThe Manufacturing Performance Manager is responsible for analyzing, and improving manufacturing cost, schedule, and operational performance for assigned areas. This position leads manufacturing performance analysis using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data and other key performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support informed decision-making, develop improvement strategies, ensure compliance with EVMS requirements, and provide recommendations to optimize manufacturing execution.
Domestic and international travel may be required.
Essential Functionso Analyze cost, schedule, labor, and EVMS data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
o Partner cross functionally to develop corrective actions, recovery plans, and improvement initiatives
o Prepare and present manufacturing performance reports, KPIs, forecasts, and executive-level updates
o Ensure compliance with EVMS requirements and support forecasting and continuous improvement efforts
o Other duties as assigned
Required Skillso Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), manufacturing operations, cost and schedule performance analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement principles
o Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, conduct root cause analysis, and develop recommendations
o Ability to influence cross-functional teams and present manufacturing findings to executive leadership
o Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills
o Must have strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
o Must have ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor
o Must adhere to ISO and OSHA policies established by FMG and have high values for safety awareness
o Perform supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; employee recognition and discipline; resolving employee concerns; and developing employees with the skills, competencies, and values needed to achieve Company goals
Education and Experience - Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 8 Years of experience required
- Have or are willing to obtain PMP, EVP, EVMS, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification
