Manufacturing ManagerBryan Dairy/Electronics DivisionThis onsite leadership role is responsible for driving manufacturing excellence within a fast-paced production environment. The Manufacturing Manager provides strategic direction for all production operations, leading Production Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.

You will influence plant performance through operational excellence, workforce development, and cross-functional collaboration while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and safety.
What will you do?- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all production operations within the facility.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Production Managers and their teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Establish and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with plant goals and customer requirements.
- Drive daily manufacturing performance to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives.
- Develop performance expectations, monitor operational metrics, and implement corrective actions to improve results.
- Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other functional leaders to ensure operational alignment.
- Develop production schedules, staffing plans, and resource strategies to support customer demand.
- Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence initiatives to improve productivity and eliminate waste.
- Analyze manufacturing performance data and implement improvement plans that support business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives, including talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, and Engineering Support functions as required.
- Develop and manage departmental operating budgets, capital expenditures, and labor planning.
- Approve and support employee training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality management systems.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for production challenges, resource constraints, and operational issues.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing organization.
- Build and maintain a high-performing leadership team focused on operational excellence and employee development.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
How will you get here?Education- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or another technical discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive experience leading production operations through multiple levels of management.
- Experience driving Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Demonstrated success managing budgets, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.

- Proven ability to develop and execute manufacturing strategies that support business objectives.
- Excellent knowledge of production processes, manufacturing systems, and operational best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple functions.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent Continuous Improvement certification.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or a high-volume, highly regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience leading multiple production departments or large manufacturing organizations.
- Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing performance reporting tools.
