Overview / Summary We are seeking a Manufacturing IT Support Engineer to support plant operations by maintaining and troubleshooting manufacturing applications, infrastructure, operating systems, and end-user technologies in a fast-paced production environment. This role works closely with plant teams, engineers, and IT support groups to ensure operational reliability, continuous improvement, and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Support a multi-shift manufacturing operation, including flexibility for days, nights, and weekends as needed
- Provide technical support for plant applications, infrastructure, operating systems, and end-user tools
- Troubleshoot technical incidents and analyze system and process issues
- Coordinate escalations and collaborate with business IT, plant owners, engineers, and support teams
- Maintain, enhance, and integrate plant applications and hardware
- Support Cisco network equipment and Windows/Linux physical and virtual servers
- Support IIOT deployments using iOS and Android devices
- Develop and maintain accurate support documentation
- Follow standard support processes and assist with workload coordination across the IT support team
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Required Qualifications - 5+ years of relevant experience in IT support or infrastructure support
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and customer support skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support all levels of operations and leadership
- Willingness to learn manufacturing operations and adapt to new technologies
Preferred Technical Skills - Windows and Linux server administration

- Basic scripting or automation concepts
