JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:- Provide CNC programming and troubleshooting for new capital (machining assets) introduction.
- Hands on, rundown on machine and setup (become the process expert).
- Provide training support for technicians once mfg process is in place
- Assist with process documentation for new processes & equipment.
- Lead investigation to resolve tooling and fixturing issues.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Support Manufacturing Project Engineer to run new assets preparation and validation.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:- Bachelor's degree in engineering. Open to high school or associates degree
- 3-5 years of experience
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: - CNC Operation
- CNC Programming
- Microsoft O365
- Project Management, Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, New capital introduction / new asset installation.

The pay range for this role is:
110,000 - 120,000 USD per year (Lafayette, IN)
