Job Title: Managers, ERP Applications

Job Location: Buffalo, New York

Job Type: Full Time

Rate of Pay: $147,118/yr.- $206,200/yr.

Job Duties: Provide oversight into medium-to-large application development projects, enhancements and implementations. Provide technical leadership for building complex architecture, design and integration. Collaborate with other IT departments to ensure alignment with project and technical strategy and roadmaps. Ensure that application functionality meets complex business requirements. Perform risk analysis and mitigation. Provide input into strategic decisions that may impact functional/technical areas. Recommend and implement departmental specific procedures. Influence customers, teams, vendors and peer managers. Lead applications development team. Set goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results. Work toward objectives established for the team. Influence others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures. Make day-to-day decisions for group/department. Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Participate in strategic planning meetings with product management, architecture, and design. Oversee all production incidents for assigned software systems/products. Coordinate escalation and resolution with business and IT teams. Provide SME guidance for production support teams at multiple locations. Manage third party vendor resources/contractors. Participate and lead bridge calls for all critical/high severity incidents. Coordinate with Global IT operations and infrastructure team to test upgrades, patches, and maintenance of hardware/software for the assigned applications. Participate in SOX and other compliance audits.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Developer-related occupation.
