Full Job Description
Managers, Controller to drive transformation projects and strategic initiatives for the broader Finance organization to advance enterprise priorities. Responsibilities Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing solution design, planning, mobilization, execution, and delivery. Establish and maintain processes, controls, dashboards, and metrics to monitor and evaluate the success of sponsored projects. Apply governance standards consistently across all project types to ensure compliance with organizational requirements. Engage and facilitate with stakeholders at all levels of management to support communication, decision-making, and successful project outcomes. Qualifications Position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field, and 5 years of experience with process transformation in the financial industry. In the alternative, employer will accept 2 years of related experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field, and 5 years of experience with process transformation in the financial industry. Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following: translating complex finance concepts into actionable insights for presentation to business leaders for decision-making; analyzing business requirements and preparing reports for senior leadership and business unit partners; conducting financial analysis and forecasting using Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and waterfall chart analysis; performing accounting, financial reporting, and management reporting; managing end-to-end project planning across accounting, financial reporting, and management reporting functions; implementing internal financial control improvements, including automation of manual processes; utilizing visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI; and applying financial systems and tools including Oracle, SQL, andTM1. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
