Job Description

You will support end-to-endlogistics(physical flows from plants tocustomers),includingall warehouseandtransport in terms of service, cost, health andsafety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legalrequirementsandpoliciescompliance. You will provide team leadership and direction for thelogisticsorganizationand partner with sales leadership. In this role, you will implementlogisticsstrategy and effectively execute operations to ensureoptimumlogisticssolutionswhile supporting various routes-to-market, andbalancingservice and cost.You willworkcollaborativelywith internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners toensure effective management, timely solutions and execution.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Be accountable for warehouse, transportation,andinternationallogistics(import/export).

  • Ensure the implementation of the business plan by delivering a consistent servicelevel, adapting the supply chain to the demanding and changing customerenvironmentandensuring sufficient operational capacity to deliver business needs

  • Be accountable for deliveringlogisticsoperational cost budget, ensuring that best-in-class controls andgovernance are in place

  • Foster,initiateand lead continuous improvement programs that reduce cost andour carbon footprint and improve the service performance of the operation

  • Ensuresuccessfulprojectimplementation

  • Select,manageand develop long-term relationships with third-party service providers

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety, quality, food defense and legal requirements andpolicies

  • Establish a business continuity plan forlogisticsoperations.

  • Support best-practices sharing and adoption

  • Strong collaboration skills with strong business and financial acumen and the ability to forgesenior level strategic partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong negotiating skills with ability to negotiate in tough situations with both internal andexternal groups

  • Experience managing 3rdParty Logistics operations.

  • Experience managing P&L greater than $10mmannual.

  • Direct to Storeoperationsa plus.

Education / Certifications:Bachelor27s degree

Job specific requirements:From8 to 10 years of experience in thelogisticsindustry and leading teams.

Travel requirements:10% per year.

Work schedule:From Monday to Friday. Onsite role.

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.


Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
