Job DescriptionYou will support end-to-endlogistics(physical flows from plants tocustomers),includingall warehouseandtransport in terms of service, cost, health andsafety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legalrequirementsandpoliciescompliance. You will provide team leadership and direction for thelogisticsorganizationand partner with sales leadership. In this role, you will implementlogisticsstrategy and effectively execute operations to ensureoptimumlogisticssolutionswhile supporting various routes-to-market, andbalancingservice and cost.You willworkcollaborativelywith internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners toensure effective management, timely solutions and execution.

Travel requirements:10% per year.

Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
