Position SummaryAs Underwriting Model Product Support Manager, you will function as a Product Owner responsible for understanding PBM pricing and forecasting tools and providing business user support to resolve questions and problems. The position will also assist in the implementation and testing of model revisions and enhancements. This role is business-oriented and positioned prominently between internal application users and our technology organization.
Responsibilities- Responds to Production Support tickets, isolates root cause, and determines path to resolution.
- Facilitates best practice user-training exercises
- Suggests and prioritizes product improvements based on materiality
- Communicates to business users and other ecosystem stakeholders using professional and customer service focused demeanor
- Leverages understanding of the business to ensure product requirements are accurately captured and communicated
- Develops tools and procedures to create efficiencies in areas such as testing and defect resolution
- Assists with UAT and broader testing efforts to minimize future defects stemming from initial development
- Develops financial analyses to support future modeling improvements
- Designs technical solutions and reporting capabilities addressing Business issues and concerns.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of product management, financial/pricing analysis, and/or underwriting experience, or a combination thereof.
Preferred Qualifications- Pharmacy benefits management (PBM) or healthcare industry work experience
- Experience working with IT and agile Scrum methodology
- Strong collaboration skills and willingness to work across business units within a complex organization
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to convey complex topics in clear and concise terms.
- Innovative mindset and ability to work outside of established boundaries
- Results oriented with ability to keep others on task to meet defined goals
- Experience developing complex financial solutions and working with technical audience to ensure proper implementation
- In-depth understanding of drug pricing, healthcare markets, and financial forecasting.
Education- Bachelor's degree or related professional work experience.
- Degree related to finance, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, business, or other data related fields preferred

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$60,300.00 - $132,600.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
