What You Will Do: - Lead and oversee the preparation, review, and delivery of detailed transfer pricing studies aligned with global compliance requirements
- Design and strategize robust transfer pricing policies while delivering diverse and forward-thinking advisory solutions to multinational clients
- Conduct advanced analysis leveraging economic, financial, and industry data to inform strategic recommendations and identify risk mitigation opportunities
- Drive client discovery through high-level functional analysis interviews, translating nuanced operational insights into actionable transfer pricing frameworks
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams and direct reports, ensuring project excellence and professional development
- Cultivate client partnerships by managing key relationships and driving business development efforts across industries and geographies
- Champion strategic initiatives internally and externally to align with evolving tax regulations and enhance firm capabilities
- Deliver UCX (Unparalleled Client Experience) by embedding quality, responsiveness, and innovation in every engagement
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation or related field
- 4.5+ years of experience in public accounting tax or international tax/transfer pricing
- Current and valid CPA, EA, CFA, CVA, or FMVA certification, or hold an advanced degree such as a JD, LLM, PhD, or a Master's in a related business field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field
- Direct Transfer Pricing experience
- Proficiency with tax research tools
