Description & Requirements This role serves as a key steward of the firm's enterprise-wide strategic initiative portfolio, helping the Senior Leadership Team prioritize, sequence, and communicate strategic initiatives across the organization.
This role is responsible for ensuring initiatives are executed in a coordinated and integrated manner by maintaining visibility into dependencies, trade-offs, risks, and priorities. By providing structure and transparency, you will help create a clear enterprise narrative that reinforces confidence in the firm's strategic direction and decision-making.
The position plays an important role in translating strategy into disciplined execution, ensuring partners and managing directors have visibility into how initiatives align with and support firm priorities. While this role does not replace leadership accountability for decision-making, it is empowered to drive alignment, identify risks and inconsistencies, and help advance enterprise priorities.
What You Will Do: Enterprise Portfolio Management & Prioritization - Maintain a comprehensive, enterprise-wide view of all strategic and material operational initiatives across the firm, serving as a central point of visibility for leadership.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify interdependencies, overlaps, sequencing considerations, and organizational capacity constraints that impact execution.
- Enable disciplined, enterprise-level prioritization aligned to Thrive objectives and broader firm strategy, ensuring focus on initiatives that deliver the greatest strategic value.
- Surface execution, integration, and change-readiness risks, providing proactive insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive leadership attention and decision-making toward the work that matters most to enterprise outcomes.
- In partnership with the CEO, define and monitor key performance indicators and success measures to assess the effectiveness and strategic impact of enterprise initiatives and this role.
Strategic Communication & Enterprise Narrative - Ensure the firm's strategic narrative is clear, consistent, and credible across enterprise initiatives and leadership communications.
- Promote appropriate transparency and line of sight for partners and managing directors into enterprise priorities, sequencing, and progress.
- Translate complex, multi-threaded initiatives into a coherent enterprise story that reinforces confidence, trust, and engagement.
- Partner with the CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and other key leaders to develop aligned messaging that supports strategic clarity and reinforces enterprise priorities.
- Actively reduce perceptions of misalignment by bringing coherence, context, and integration to how initiatives are communicated and understood.
Leadership Forum Engagement & Decision Support - Maintain regular engagement with the Senior Leadership Team and Management Committee members to stay closely informed of evolving initiatives and priorities.
- Serve as a standing participant in Senior Leadership Team meetings and attend relevant Management Committee and Governing Board meetings as appropriate.
- Prepare, synthesize, and present enterprise-level insights related to initiative alignment, prioritization, sequencing, and execution readiness.
- Support leadership forums by framing decisions, highlighting trade-offs, and reinforcing enterprise-wide implications.
Partnership with the Change Hub - Collaborate closely with the Change Hub on firm-wide, high-impact initiatives requiring Senior Leadership Team visibility and guidance.
- Determine appropriate levels of enterprise portfolio visibility and governance for initiatives based on scope, risk, and strategic impact.
- Serve as a critical connector between enterprise strategy, leadership direction, and execution activities, ensuring alignment across functions and phases of work.
Change Readiness & Integration - Assess organizational readiness for major initiatives and enterprise changes, identifying strengths, risks, and mitigation needs.
- Anticipate downstream impacts across teams, functions, and geographies to inform sequencing and integration planning.
- Support the effective integration of initiatives into the broader enterprise landscape to maximize adoption, sustainability, and strategic return.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Communications, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, program management, transformation, enterprise initiatives, or a related field.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and supporting cross-functional, enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree (MBA or related field).
- Experience with enterprise portfolio management, organizational change, or business transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting executive leadership teams, boards, or governance committees.
- Experience within a professional services, consulting, or other complex matrixed organization.
