Full Job Description
Position Summary:

This position oversees the complete training lifecycle for specified programs, focusing on elevating the performance of the onsite teams. The core objectives are to ensure product knowledge, sales process mastery, adherence to operational compliance, and the consistent delivery of exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include the development of thorough training materials, the creation of support resources and tools, leading and facilitating training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with operational leaders to prioritize key training areas. Conduct needs assessments to identify specific skill gaps (knowledge vs. execution) among sales and operations teams.
  • Develop structured learning experiences using instructional design models (such as the ADDIE model: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Ensure all training adheres to legal and regulatory standards, including Fair Housing.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions, including "train-the-trainer" programs. Mentor and coach subject matter experts, property leaders and Training Specialists on effective facilitation techniques.
  • Evaluate the outcomes of learning programs and propose enhancements for continuous improvement, developing strategies to ensure the practical application and long-term sustainability of the training on the job.
  • Measure program success using key metrics, including leading indicators (e.g., training utilization and satisfaction) and lagging indicators (e.g., Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and resident surveys).
  • Select and manage content libraries, ensuring they meet quality standards.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of facilitating to a wide variety of audiences.


Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)


Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:

  • 5+ years, with at least 3 years in a training leadership or supervisory role


Additional Requirements:

  • Occasional travel - 10%
  • Valid California driver's license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company's MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)


Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $91,700.00 - $113,400.00

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
