Job Description:
As a Manager, Technology Delivery, you will lead the delivery, support, and evolution of enterprise laboratory and regulatory technology solutions while serving as a trusted advisor to business partners. You'll play a central role in enabling business outcomes through technology, leading all aspects of vendor partnerships, driving project execution, and ensuring systems remain secure, compliant, and positioned for future growth.

Whatyou will be doing:
  • Leading the delivery and support of digital solutions for laboratory operations, involving electronic lab notebooks, information management systems, chromatography and scientific data platforms, as well as related integrations supporting Regulatory Affairs and Lab Services.
  • Leading multiple initiatives and programs in the technology sector, ensuring successful execution through effective planning, prioritizing efforts, risk management, and delivery oversight.
  • Driving infrastructure lifecycle initiatives, including system upgrades, migrations, workstation refreshes, and platform modernization efforts to maintain security and compliance.
  • Directing the day-to-day activities of contract, consulting, outsourced, and offshore resources while ensuring accountability, quality, and consistent results.
  • Supervising vendor relationships, procurement activities, Statements of Work (SOWs), and contracted outputs to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensuring alignment to SDLC, CSV, QMS, data integrity, and regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 17025, and GLP standards.
  • Partnering with Regulatory Affairs, Lab Services, Quality, and Enterprise Technology customers to translate business needs into effective technology solutions.
  • Finding opportunities to improve processes, technologies, and operational performance through analysis, innovation, industry insights, and continuous improvement initiatives.


We want you to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in data management solutions, computer technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years in Information Technology and related fields, or a combination of technology and business experience, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
  • 3+ years leading technology projects and delivering results on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Experience running contract resources, consulting engagements, vendor partnerships, and Statement of Work (SOW) oversight.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs submission processes and laboratory operations, technologies, data, and business workflows.
  • Experience with laboratory informatics platforms such as ELN, LIMS, CDS, SDMS, and related system integrations.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance frameworks, including SDLC, CSV, QMS, procedures for coordinating modifications, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
  • Good communication, collaborator management, and business partnership skills, with the ability to translate sophisticated technical concepts into business-focused solutions.


The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $119,600.00 - $173,450.00.
