Qualifications

• Master's degree from a business, university, or engineering school specializing in electronics or IT
• 5-10 years of program management experience with international clients in electronics or services
• Autonomous, enthusiastic, and proactive individual
• Strong communication skills suitable for a matrix/multi-country environment
• Customer-focused with experience in international contract management

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relations as the primary point of contact
• Proactively seek customer satisfaction through feedback and improvement initiatives
• Lead and support the program team to achieve objectives
• Provide vision and direction to stakeholders, partners, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements
• Organize and plan work according to Program Management System
• Conduct tollgate reviews and monitor program KPIs
• Manage Program Profit and Loss, including revenue and forecasting
• Oversee contracts and ensure adherence to terms
