Impact You’ll Make

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies that support Client Services & Operations and align with long-term organizational goals.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, influencing workforce planning, talent market strategy, and hiring priorities.

  • Drive operational excellence across the full recruitment lifecycle, establishing scalable processes, performance metrics, and best-in-class recruiting standards.

  • Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing recruiting team, fostering accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Champion innovative sourcing methodologies and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to enhance talent acquisition effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Leverage recruitment analytics, competitive intelligence, and market insights to inform executive decision-making and optimize hiring outcomes.

  • Partner with Operational Groups to drive employer branding and talent marketing initiatives to strengthen market positioning and enhance candidate attraction strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and continuously improve full-cycle recruitment processes to ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

  • Partner with executive and senior business leaders to design and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with business growth objectives.

  • Establish and monitor recruiting KPIs, workforce analytics, and reporting dashboards to measure performance and drive data-informed decisions.

  • Lead workforce planning discussions, proactively identifying talent gaps and building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.

  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize recruitment technologies, including AI-driven platforms and automation tools, to improve sourcing, screening, and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure alignment with compliance standards, employment laws, and organizational policies while promoting recruiting best practices across the team.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency, candidate experience, and overall talent acquisition performance.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruiting and team leadership at a managerial or senior level.

  • Proven experience developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives that align with business objectives.

  • Demonstrated success leading and developing recruiting teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate recruitment data into actionable strategies and executive-level insights.

  • Experience managing relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.

  • Preferred: Familiarity with AI platforms and tools as they relate to Talent Acquisition initiatives (e.g., AI-powered sourcing, screening, automation, analytics, and process optimization).

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 annually. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan. Available benefits are based on eligibility.  Our Total Rewards package includes a variety of options, including medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and access to other wellness-focused benefits.
