Full Job Description
We're partnering with a large, well-established organization to hire an HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on elevating and aligning Talent Acquisition across a complex North American business. This position is fully in-office inOakville, ON.
You'll step into an environment with strong foundations already in place. The focus is on driving consistency, improving processes, and influencing stakeholders to move forward together. You'll lead a growing team while working closely with senior leadership to enhance hiring practices, candidate experience, and employer brand.

This is a fully in-office role in Oakville, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, visibility, and building strong relationships across the business. Please note, you will be required to travel to Edmonton, AB once a month.

Compensation:
  • Base salary range:$120,000 - $140,000
  • Bonus:Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance
  • Additional compensation details (including vacation and other rewards) are competitive within the market and will be confirmed based on experience during the interview process

  • Lead Talent Acquisition programs and initiatives across North America, ensuring consistency and quality across all hiring practices

  • Explore and implement new tools and technologies, including AI and assessment platforms
  • Continuously evaluate and refine TA processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and outcomes
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition
  • Must have proven experience operating in a large, complex organization
  • Demonstrated success leading TA programs or initiatives at a large scale
  • Strong leadership experience with ability to coach and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
  • Experience with HR systems, reporting, and recruitment tools; exposure to AI and modern sourcing tools is an asset
  • Background in a matrixed or global organization required
