Full Job Description
Join ASRC Federal and help shape the systems, processes, and experience that bring mission-critical talent into our organization. We're looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations to lead Talent Acquisition systems, onboarding operations, vendor management, compliance, and process optimization across our enterprise.

You'll join a collaborative, forward-thinking Talent Acquisition team that supports hiring across multiple operating groups serving defense, space, civilian, health, and intelligence customers. This is a highly visible role partnering with Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to strengthen our hiring infrastructure and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the strategy and daily operations of Talent Acquisition systems, processes and tools, with a team of four+ operations staff
  • Oversee ATS/CRM optimization and user adoption
  • Manage onboarding operations to ensure a seamless new-hire experience
  • Own vendor relationships such as staffing agencies, background checks, drug screens, job boards, and compliance partners
  • Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and federal contracting requirements, managing and overseeing audit reporting
  • Improve workflows, documentation, and TA service delivery
  • Lead, support, and develop direct reports through coaching, individualized growth planning, and proactive performance management
  • Partner with TA, HR, IT, and business leaders to drive operational excellence

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in Talent Acquisition; 2+ years leading and managing teams
  • Experience with enterprise ATS/CRM platforms
  • Experience in federal government contracting
  • Strong understanding of OFCCP/EEO compliance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Analytical mindset with reporting/dashboard experience
  • Background in process improvement and change management
