What you need to know about this position:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise marketing initiatives that support Columbus Regional Health's strategic priorities.
Reporting to the Director - System Business Development and Marketing, they serve as the operational leader of the marketing function, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept through execution while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders, physician leaders, service lines, communications, digital strategy, and the Agency of Record.
This position balances strategic planning with day-to-day operations and is accountable for delivering measurable growth through integrated marketing campaigns, brand stewardship, physician support, consumer engagement, and project management.
This position is a salaried position with a pay range of $100,400-$167,300. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
In this position, the individual would have general working hours of Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm though exact hours may vary to support the needs of our organization and team.
This leadership role is eligible for hybrid work requiring onsite/local to Columbus, IN presence at least 50% of the time.
