  • Facilitate operations report outs and monitor supply chain performance
  • Deploy safety stock strategies leveraging systems and processes
  • Coordinate planning for critical power tool components

As a0Supply Planning0Manager0you0ll0be part of our0Global Planning team.0In this role0you0ll0get to:00

  • Passionately drive continuous improvement culture while implementing the strategic roadmap to achieve breakthrough performance in service level, working capital, quality, delivery,0cost0and growth0

  • Directly manage a team that0is responsible for0SL, WCT, NPD, Capacity, and Growth0

  • Lead as the voice of the BU at S&OP, Capacity Planning, NPP, and Team Meetings0

  • Regularly review % to Target, Workbench Capacity, Safety Stock, and plant schedules to achieve Service Level goals balanced with Working Capital Turns0

  • Facilitate Operations Report Outs00

  • Deploy Statistical Safety Stocks strategy from a systems (JDA) & process standpoint0

  • Navigate the business through short supply challenges0

  • Coordinate planning efforts and analysis for critical power tool0component0

  • Establish close relationships with Global Sourcing, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering teams00

  • Analyze supply chain constraints and0assist0in developing localization strategies to drive working capital improvements0

  • Manage0component0allocations globally across SBD network of manufacturing plants0

  • Provide0timing of product launches and0component0ramp plans.0

  • Maintain a high service level to the customer00

They will be critical to leading KPI reviews, excellence, and standard work in planning, and managing projects that deliver the groups driving0objectives, such as 98% service level, new product introduction, and capacity management.0
