As a0Supply Planning0Manager0you0ll0be part of our0Global Planning team.0In this role0you0ll0get to:00

  • Passionately drive continuous improvement culture while implementing the strategic roadmap to achieve breakthrough performance in service level, working capital, quality, delivery,0cost0and growth0

  • Directly manage a team that0is responsible for0SL, WCT, NPD, Capacity, and Growth0

  • Lead as the voice of the BU at S&OP, Capacity Planning, NPP, and Team Meetings0

  • Regularly review % to Target, Workbench Capacity, Safety Stock, and plant schedules to achieve Service Level goals balanced with Working Capital Turns0

  • Facilitate Operations Report Outs00

  • Deploy Statistical Safety Stocks strategy from a systems (JDA) & process standpoint0

  • Navigate the business through short supply challenges0

  • Coordinate planning efforts and analysis for critical power tool0component0

  • Establish close relationships with Global Sourcing, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering teams00

  • Analyze supply chain constraints and0assist0in developing localization strategies to drive working capital improvements0

  • Manage0component0allocations globally across SBD network of manufacturing plants0

  • Provide0timing of product launches and0component0ramp plans.0

  • Maintain a high service level to the customer00
