CPFR Lead

Hackettstown, NJ or Battle Creek, MI

As our CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment) Lead, you are the vital link that keeps our supply chain humming. You will step into the spotlight as the primary point of contact for our major retail trading partners, building collaborative, high-trust relationships that maximize product availability while keeping logistics lean and smart.

What are we looking for?

Minimum:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration and/or related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Supply Chain Analytics or Forecasting. Experience with customer or internal systems (Retail Link, JDA, RSI, Manugistics, etc.). AND/OR
  • 4+ years' experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods, Supply Chain Analytics or Forecasting.
  • Experience with customer or internal systems (Retail Link, JDA, RSI, Manugistics, etc.).
  • Ability to travel (20%) as required.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours.


Preferred:
  • Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel (VBA, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
  • 4+ years experience directly managing replenishment relationships with major retail trading partners
  • Strong track record of successfully influencing external retail partners to adopt mutually beneficial inventory policies
  • Proven experience serving as an escalation point for critical service issues and managing sensitive external communications under tight constraints


What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Build & Influence Retail Relationships: Serve as the primary, high-influence champion with retail replenishment partners to align on inventory policies, eliminate supply chain waste, and achieve best-in-class service metrics (SAMBC & Advantage Survey).
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Logistics, and E2E Planning to communicate customer constraints, align on promotional strategies, and feed critical retailer insights into the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process.
  • Performance Scorecarding: Own, analyze, and communicate customer scorecard metrics (In-Stock, In-Full, On-Time), delivering clear root-cause analyses and collaborative action plans to resolve service gaps.
  • On-Shelf Availability (OSA): Proactively monitor and analyze retailer inventory systems to ensure on-shelf availability while simultaneously minimizing overall supply chain carrying costs.
  • Collaborative Demand Planning: Align internal sales forecasts with retailer demand by providing detailed communication on promotions, 30/60/90-day projections, and item-level deployment needs.
  • Proactive Risk Mitigation: Analyze pipelines to identify future supply risks, adjusting customer forecasting settings and executing strategic interventions to keep shelves fully stocked.
  • Modular & Event Readiness: Lead the operational execution of all product launches, seasonal events, and modular/planogram transitions, coordinating seamlessly with cross-functional internal planning teams.
  • Allocation & Constraint Leadership: Serve as the central escalation point during supply constraints, using data to strategically allocate available inventory and navigating sensitive communications with retail partners.
  • System Optimization: Manage pipeline health by validating customer replenishment settings and leveraging retailer reporting tools to guide strategic product movements.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
