Full Job Description
At Tim Hortons, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional guest experiences across our restaurant network. The Supply Chain team plays a critical role in ensuring product availability and operational readiness for all new product launches, promotions, and transitions. We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager, Supply Planning - NPI to lead supply planning execution for key business initiatives while managing cross-functional coordination across suppliers, distribution, marketing, operations, and procurement teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Supply Planning & Inventory Management
  • Lead supply planning activities for promotions, product transitions, and new product launches across multiple product categories
  • Translate demand forecasts into executable supply and inventory plans across suppliers and distribution centers
  • Define and manage supply chain execution timelines to support national promotions, regional tests, and product transitions
  • Partner with suppliers to ensure production readiness, inventory availability, and capacity alignment for launch execution
  • Coordinate inbound product flow from vendors to distribution centers and initial deployment to restaurants
  • Monitor inventory levels and promotional service metrics while balancing freight, waste, and obsolete inventory costs within budget targets
  • Identify supply risks proactively and develop contingency plans to minimize operational disruption
  • Adjust supply strategies dynamically in response to changing demand patterns, supply constraints, or launch risks
2. Cross-Functional NPI Planning & Launch Management
  • Lead supply chain workstreams for new product introductions and promotional launches within cross-functional project teams
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Procurement, Distribution, Operations, Customer Service, and suppliers to ensure end-to-end launch readiness
  • Develop supply strategies for regional tests, limited-time offers (LTOs), and national rollouts
  • Drive alignment on launch timelines, execution milestones, inventory readiness, and deployment plans
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication and issue resolution throughout launch planning and execution phases
  • Lead rapid response and escalation management during supply disruptions or launch-related risks
  • Conduct post-launch reviews to identify improvement opportunities and strengthen future NPI execution processes
3. Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Supply Planning Analysts
  • Provide ongoing mentorship, performance feedback, and career development support
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented team environment
  • Support capability building in supply planning, inventory management, and cross-functional project execution
Qualifications & Skills Experience
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in supply planning, demand planning, procurement, or related supply chain functions within QSR or CPG industries
  • Experience managing promotions, product launches, or new product introductions preferred
  • Proven success coaching and developing high-performing teams
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with SAP and/or Kinaxis RapidResponse is considered a strong asset

The expected salary range is $105,000 - $125,000 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company's long-term incentive plan. This posting is for a position that will become vacant on or around June 2026 RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration.
