The Manager, Supply Planning will lead a team of planners responsible for translating demand, capacity, material availability, and execution risks into actionable supply plans across the planning horizon.

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate is a collaborative and decisive supply chain leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex problems, and can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. This person should be comfortable leading teams, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, using data to drive decisions, and challenging existing processes to improve speed, scalability, and supply assurance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supply Planners supporting Data Center GPU programs.
  • Own supply planning execution across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons to support revenue attainment, customer commitments, and product ramp milestones.
  • Partner with Business Units, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and suppliers to align demand, supply, capacity, materials, and execution priorities.
  • Identify supply risks, drive mitigation plans, and escalate trade-offs or decisions with clear business impact.
  • Manage supply planning KPIs, including on-time delivery, revenue support, inventory health, excess and obsolete exposure, and supply commit accuracy.
  • Lead cross-functional issue resolution for shortages, capacity constraints, material readiness, planning parameter gaps, and execution blockers.
  • Drive process, system, and tool improvements to scale planning capability across complex BOMs, inventory flows, and multi-site supply networks.
  • Champion continuous improvement, change management, and standard work to improve productivity, transparency, and planning discipline.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience in supply chain, supply planning, operations, manufacturing, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, material flow, capacity planning, inventory management, and operational execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional problem solving and influence stakeholders across multiple levels and geography.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing priorities, risks, and trade-offs in support of customer commitments and business goals.
  • Prior people leadership or team lead experience.
  • Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, NPI, or complex hardware supply chains.
  • Experience with SAP, Kinaxis Rapid Response, advanced planning tools, dashboards, or supply planning automation.
  • Experience supporting product ramps, capacity allocation, constrained supply environments, or executive-level escalations.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business, Engineering, or a related technical field.
