Reporting to the Director, Global Facilities Management Strategy, the role is responsible for driving supplier and performance management programs.

The role is full-time and assigned as "Hybrid" with the expectation to work from the office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

How will you make an impact in this role?
  • Set up and manage supplier performance measures (KPIs) for quality, delivery, cost, innovation, and sustainability.
  • Review supplier performance regularly and work with suppliers to improve results when needed.
  • Manage supplier scorecards and audits to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify ways to help suppliers improve their performance and capabilities.
  • Work with facility teams and suppliers to identify the causes of quality or delivery issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with suppliers to improve processes and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Work with sourcing teams to ensure supplier capabilities support business goals.
  • Support the selection and approval of suppliers for new programs or products.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships that support long-term business objectives.
  • Maintain supplier backup and contingency plans to reduce business risk.
  • Monitor supplier performance trends and provide updates to leadership.
  • Provide input and documentation to support sourcing strategies.
  • Support initiatives to improve mailroom operations.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of defining, managing and monitoring facility performance across multiple locations
  • 4+ years developing, managing and executing new facility processes and programs across multiple locations
  • 3+ years defining and driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Minimum 5 years' work experience in facilities operations and corporate real estate management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful relationships with and influence customers, both internal and external.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, quality systems, and procurement processes
  • Bachelors Degree required


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies a plus
  • Experience in a global matrix management organization desirable
  • Proficient in data analysis and supplier performance tracking tools (Vantage, Tableau, Power BI)
