Full Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Product Innovation to join our Enterprise Innovation organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead client co-creation, product discovery, prototyping, MVP development, pilots, and transition planning from concept through production deployment
  • Translate client needs, market signals, emerging technologies, and user feedback into product vision, requirements, roadmaps, and prioritized feature decisions
  • Define MVP scope, success metrics, commercialization strategy, and investment recommendations in partnership with sponsors, venture leads, SMEs, and technical teams
  • Partner with designers, engineers, and AI specialists to design AI-native experiences that balance usability, transparency, explainability, user control, and enterprise scalability
  • Facilitate alignment across product, business, technical, operational, and client stakeholders while communicating progress, risks, outcomes, and recommendations to leadership
  • Develop repeatable Studio methods, playbooks, assets, frameworks, agents, templates, and operating procedures that improve engagement quality and delivery speed
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum ten years of recent experience in product innovation, venture building, startup, innovation lab, consulting, or enterprise technology environments
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Experience developing or deploying production-level software products across discovery, requirements, implementation, adoption, and production support
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design, UX/UI best practices, AI-assisted workflows, and AI-native product experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to define product vision, MVP scope, requirements, roadmaps, success metrics, and commercialization strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills in iterative delivery environments
  • Travel will be required up to twenty-five percent
