About the position: This role will work on projects across all three verticals within S&C. The Verticals are described below.
- U.S. Commercial: Encompasses Pfizer's commercial efforts across Therapeutic Areas (Oncology, Internal Medicine, Vaccines, Antivirals, Inflammation & Immunology, and our Hospital portfolio), as well as key commercial capabilities including Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.
- International Commercial Division: Consists of the commercial organizations and corresponding P&Ls in all ex U.S. markets.
- Corporate and Pfizer R&D: Encompasses a wide range of Corporate Functions and high priority strategy projects for R&D.
You will have frequent exposure to a variety of senior leadership (VPs, SVPs, and Presidents) across Pfizer's business units, helping to build your network for a long and successful career at Pfizer. You will be reporting to a Director Team Lead or Senior Director who is invested in accelerating your growth and development at Pfizer.
As a Manager in this team, your main accountabilities will be:
- Strategic Initiative Leadership: Support key strategic projects, ensuring they are aligned with the company's long-term goals and delivered on time
- Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to identify market trends, diagnose internal processes, and evaluate potential risks, providing actionable insights to inform enterprise decisions
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with senior executives and cross-functional teams to develop and communicate strategic recommendations and drive alignment
- Teaming and Mentoring: Maintain a collaborative spirit, build personal awareness and model a continuous growth mindset
Your Responsibilities - Interact with workstreams leads, BU leaders and/or corporate functions to understand their business needs while proactively supporting them
- Under the direction of a project leads, lead workstreams on projects that provide insight and direction for key strategic levers such as market development, customer needs, assessment, competitive advantage, market and/or product prioritization, and opportunities at the BU, asset, or functional level
- Develop and maintain an understanding of market dynamics to identify macro trends and appropriately assess opportunities and guide strategic direction. Provide perspective on the potential impact of external market signals that could impact future business performance
- Deep dive into external and internal sources to uncover patterns and extract novel insights to provide data-driven recommendations and effectively communicate complex information to stakeholders
- Create an engaging and productive work environment where team members are encouraged to collaborate and excel
- Participate in internal/external networking and thought partnership to broaden functional expertise and maintain awareness of industry trends

- Understanding of trends and market dynamics in US and Global healthcare and biopharmaceuticals, awareness of competitor strategies, and basic understanding of the drug development and commercialization process
- Presents effectively to senior stakeholders in group setting; leads with key messages and creative communication techniques while adapting communication style to match audience
- Demonstrated high learning agility, "team player" mentality, and positive attitude and poise under pressure
- Basic understanding of finance and P&L implications of any strategy
- Strong command of English language, spoken and written.
Qualifications Must-Have - Successful completion of the Pfizer MBA Strategy & Consulting Summer Associate Program
- Enrolled in a Full-Time MBA program (completed 1st year) graduating in Spring 2027
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of full-timeexperience.
- Experience includes relevant healthcare experience: working in/with commercial, corporate or R&D biopharma functions involving strategy development and/or strategic initiatives (e.g., marketing, commercial development, market access & pricing, business development, R&D strategy / portfolio management, etc.)
Nice-to-Have - 2+ years of biopharmaceutical consulting experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $106,000.00 to $176,600.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 15.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
