As the Manager, Standardization, you will play a key role in helping new and existing R1 clients adopt standardized revenue cycle operating models that drive performance, consistency, and operational excellence. You will lead operational assessments, support client onboarding activities, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with stakeholders to implement best practices across the revenue cycle.
Here's What You'll Experience as a Manager, Standardization- Lead standardization activities during client onboarding, including operational assessments, scorecard completion, risk identification, and development of executive-ready recommendations.
- Drive implementation activities for large-scale customer deployments, ensuring delivery against milestones, timelines, and key performance indicators.
- Evaluate current-state workflows against R1 operating standards and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and financial performance.
- Support future-state workflow design and process optimization initiatives across the revenue cycle.
- Develop and maintain standardization tools, scorecards, templates, playbooks, and onboarding resources.
- Partner with operations, implementation, technology, and client leadership teams to support successful adoption of R1 standards.
- Provide post-go-live stabilization support and monitor performance against operational objectives.
- Influence operational transformation efforts that help clients achieve sustainable performance improvement and long-term success.
Required Skills - 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, performance improvement, implementation, client onboarding, consulting, or operational transformation.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
- Experience conducting operational assessments and translating findings into actionable recommendations and improvement plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging executive leaders and client stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project Operations.
- Experience working within Epic revenue cycle environments or large-scale EMR transition initiatives preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to influence change, drive standardization efforts, and navigate complex operational environments.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to 75% as business needs require.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $65,000.00 - $116,747.20 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
