Full Job Description
The Manager of Spiritual Care provides leadership and regional oversight of spiritual care services for patients, families, and staff. This role develops and supports a high-performing team of chaplains and spiritual care professionals, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, culturally sensitive, and patient-centered care. The Manager oversees departmental operations, staff development, and service integration within the interdisciplinary care model, while promoting awareness of spiritual care and ensuring compliance with clinical, ethical, accreditation, and regulatory standards. Through collaboration with clinical and operational leaders, the Manager supports the holistic well-being of patients, families, and staff across the continuum of care.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in ministry, Divinity, or Theology from recognized seminary, divinity school or college of Theology
Two years of spiritual care experience, with demonstrated experience contributing to positive patient outcomes through spiritual assessment, emotional and psychosocial support, interdisciplinary care collaboration, crisis response, and support for patients and families during illness, treatment, and end-of-life care.
Board Certified by one of these associations: Chaplain by Association of Professional Chaplains (APC), Association of Jewish Chaplains (AJC) or National Association for Catholic Chaplains (NACC)
