Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5-7 years in space management or space technology solutions, preferably in CPG industry.
• Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Blue Yonder (formerly JDA), Apollo, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with syndicated data sources like Circana/IRI and ACNielsen.
• Strong analytical capabilities for independent data mining with CPG math concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and project management abilities.
• Solid background in data analysis and space management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage space planning and analytics projects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Supervise and develop team members via training, performance evaluations, and goal tracking.
• Analyze data to create strategic insights and client-ready presentations with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate across Space Management, Analytics, and Sales teams for category reviews and client initiatives.
• Represent the team at client meetings, addressing shelving issues and sharing success stories.
• Oversee the creation of presentation materials including planograms, financials, and performance reports, using automation tools.
• Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored space management solutions.
