Role Responsibilities

This role serves as a strategic talent advisor responsible for designing and executing advanced sourcing strategies that enable the organization to attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent. It operates at a high level, shaping long-term talent pipelines, influencing workforce planning, and elevating the organization's competitive position in the talent market. Additionally, the role builds and governs scalable sourcing frameworks that improve efficiency, quality of hire, and overall talent outcomes.

As a contributing leader, this role extends its impact beyond individual sourcing execution by leading a sourcing team, sharing best practices, and modeling advanced sourcing capabilities. It leads cross-functional initiatives, drives innovation in sourcing tools and methodologies, and influences process improvements that strengthen the broader talent acquisition function. Through thought leadership and collaboration, the role helps elevate team performance and advance the organization's sourcing maturity.

Candidate Qualifications
