About the Team
This is the opportunity to be part of building something incredible alongside some of the most hard-working individuals in the market! You will be supported and surrounded by some of the brightest people in the industry. People who care about our customers and care about helping them achieve the results they seek.

Our Solution Consulting team is a strategic partner to the sales organization and responsible for building a compelling vision of the Workday solution for our customers and prospects in some of the largest customers in the world. We take our culture as a key foundation to the way we work together and how we hold each other accountable.

About the Role

We are looking for a Manager, OCIO Solution Consulting to lead a team of Enterprise Architects, with a primary focus on Technology & Media industry. If you are an experienced presales leader or a high-performing individual contributor with strong enterprise technology expertise, this is your opportunity to lead a world-class team that shapes how Workday shows up with our most strategic industry customers. You and your team will partner closely with Account Executives, Regional Sales Directors, and Solution Consulting leaders to cover active accounts in your territory, build pipeline, and establish strong, trust-based relationships with IT and business stakeholders, with shared responsibility for meeting and exceeding new business growth targets.

In addition to direct sales opportunity support, you will play a critical role in developing your team and elevating the technical bar across Solution Consulting. You will help support enablement programs that deepen the team's capabilities in AI / Agents, hyperscalers (AWS / GCP), cloud data platforms (Snowflake / Databricks), and Workday's own platform innovation, including Workday Build. You will ensure your team can confidently connect these technologies to industry-specific challenges and outcomes for Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, and Transportation customers.

You will also foster collaboration and innovation across the broader Workday Solution Consulting organization, encouraging the sharing of best practices, assets, and thought leadership that advance Workday's technology story in the market. A key focus area of this role is mentoring and guiding your team: providing clear expectations, actionable feedback, and growth opportunities so each team member continually advances their skills, business acumen, and impact. If you are right for this role, your greatest job satisfaction will come from seeing your team stretch, grow, and help Workday customers achieve outstanding business outcomes. This leadership role is essential to Workday's long-term success in our key industries.

Our Approach to Flexible Work

With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
