Position SummaryThis role is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of a clearly defined social media strategy in a manner that supports marketing and communications while increasing brand equality and online awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the social media content calendar across all CTA and CES channels
- Develop and execute social-first campaigns that support broader marketing and programming initiatives
- Adapt existing content from across departments to fit platform-specific best practices
- Monitor trends and platform updates to make proactive channel and strategy recommendations
- Establish benchmarking criteria and track performance metrics to evaluate content effectiveness
- Partner cross-functionally to stay ahead of upcoming content and ensure consistent social coverage
- Analyze performance data and present actionable insights and recommendations, and
- Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired- 5-7 years' equivalent work experience, marketing or project/program management preferred
- Previous team involvement and project involvement
Education/Trainings: - Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications preferred or commensurate work experience
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment and with a marketing, advertising or communications teams preferred.
Skills/Capabilities/Technical:- Strong editorial judgment with the ability to tailor content across platforms
- Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including social copywriting
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools; Microsoft Office required
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience integrating social media into broader marketing campaigns and content ecosystems.
- Proficiency using AI tools to create efficient workstreams
Additional Information: - Must have desire to work in a creative environment.
- Travel to CES required
Compensation & Benefits CTA is committed to transparency and equitable pay practices. The anticipated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000, with final compensation determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may be eligible for bonus or additional compensation, where applicable.
