On a Typical Day You Will
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of field technicians while fostering a strong safety culture
  • Oversee daily service operations across a downtown Dallas territory
  • Plan and coordinate field activities to meet customer needs and company standards
  • Allocate personnel and resources to support operational priorities
  • Support technicians with operational and technical challenges
  • Review and authorize repair work while tracking progress to completion
  • Partner with field teams to improve performance, communication, and customer satisfaction
  • Drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and service delivery

  • Champion safety, quality, and compliance across the territory
  • Build a high-performing team through coaching, development, and accountability
  • Strengthen customer relationships across commercial and residential portfolios
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement
