Full Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP Security & Controls to join our Advisory Organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute client engagements focusing on SAP security, SAP GRC, and the audit readiness of complex SAP environments (including S/4HANA)
  • Evaluate the design and effectiveness of SAP controls throughout the business cycle and provide strategic remediation recommendations
  • Work with clients to identify opportunities for improvement in the areas of SAP security, automation, and SAP controls
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Associates and Senior Associates on engagements, fostering a high-performing team environment
  • Help to coach and train team members to grow the SAP knowledge base of the team, and contribute to internal practice development initiatives
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment


Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in areas such as SAP audit (GITCs and business process), SAP controls, SAP security design/re-design, SAP GRC implementation, SAP ERP implementations and upgrades, business process transformation, or data analytic
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field such as Information Systems, Accounting, Computer Science is required
  • Hands-on SAP GRC and security implementation or effective SAP audit experience; exposure to recent versions of SAP GRC (10.1 or 12.0) and S/4HANA is highly preferred
  • Project or team lead experience, specifically within a consulting firm, is preferred
  • Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or SAP Certified Technology Professional is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to gain the confidence and respect of senior-level executives
  • Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements
