Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP MM/Inventory leadership, with at least three full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Proven ability to facilitate fit-to-standard adoption in line with clean-core principles.
• Expertise in governance, including planning, RAID management, and quality assurance of delivery artifacts.
• Strong skills in influencing stakeholders and handling escalations effectively.
• Experience in managing testing phases and ensuring successful cutover and go-live readiness.
• Proficiency in SAP Activate delivery methodology and associated tools, especially within the Public Cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MM/Inventory workstream from initial design to post-deployment stabilization, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Facilitate client workshops to design future-state inventory and materials management processes, driving process standardization.
• Oversee the comprehensive solution design and configuration strategy in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, ensuring delivery artifacts meet governance standards.
• Collaborate with integration and data teams to prepare for system interfaces and manage migration readiness.
• Manage an integrated testing approach, including oversight of SIT/UAT and ensuring defects are resolved and business stakeholders sign off on solutions.
• Coordinate cutover activities and ensure systems are ready for go-live, providing support during early-life stabilization.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the development of strategic practice initiatives and proposals.
