Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage and deliver large-scale SAP advisory engagements for clients in the Oil & Gas sector, overseeing the full project lifecycle, engagement financials, and risk management.
• Lead as a Solution Architect in the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions (GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury, etc.), ensuring alignment with the unique business processes of the Oil & Gas industry.
• Direct the evaluation of technology controls, guiding teams to assess their design and effectiveness, and delivering strategic insights to client leadership.
• Drive senior client relationships, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor to key stakeholders and executives.
• Lead business development initiatives, from identifying new opportunities and scoping engagements to directing the creation of compelling proposals and statements of work.
• Develop and mentor a team of advisory staff, providing formal supervision, performance management, and career guidance to foster their professional growth.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of five years of experience in SAP FICO consulting, including leading at least two full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Deep functional experience and a strong understanding of business processes within the Oil & Gas industry is required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing project teams, engagement financials, and client relationships.
• Proven experience in business development, including proposal development and client presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet client needs.
