Manager, Sales StrategyLocation: Morristown, NJ
Main Responsibilities: - Lead development of customer- and category-specific OMNI 4P strategies aligned with growth objectives and category vision.
- Act as the internal category growth champion, influencing brand strategy, innovation, and execution priorities.
- Own go-to-market strategies for category reviews and retailer engagements, delivering insight-driven sell stories.
- Drive trade investment strategy and performance, optimizing sales, profitability, ROI, and KPI tracking.
- Partner with Sales (NAMs) on AOP, joint value creation, and customer planning; equip teams with insights, tools, and narratives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Insights to align strategy, execution, and planning.
- Lead channel strategy, promotional frameworks, and performance analytics, leveraging insights to inform decisions, assortment, and demand planning.
About You:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in business analytics preferred. MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales and/or Sales Strategy within CPG industry or similar role with a proven analytic track record.
- Comfortable working with complex data across multiple sources to develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Expert-level knowledge of Nielsen/IRI and experience with Homescan Panel is expected.
- Customer experience required, direct selling or category management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated worker and thinker; team oriented.

The salary range for this position is: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00
All Compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
