- Advanced Analytics & Reporting: Move beyond basic reporting to provide deep, quantitative analysis of sales performance. You'll partner with our analytics team to develop evolving forecast models using cutting-edge methodologies to drive predictability in a volatile market. You will surface actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Finance, HR, Strategy & Planning, and other key points of contact. You will lead special projects that require buy-in from diverse stakeholders to move the needle on GDP outcomes.
- Lead special projects: you will lead special projects that accelerate GDP growth and capitalize on opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

- 6+ Years of Experience: Background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy in a high-growth B2B environment.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with a proven ability to deliver engaging presentations to executive-level stakeholders.
- Relationship Building: A track record of building deep, trust-based relationships with cross-functional partners in a global environment.
- Sales Background: 2-3 years of direct experience as an Account Manager or AE, providing you with a unique empathy for the sales cycle.
