RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages supply chain planning and operations activities across one or more work areas to support service, inventory, and execution objectives.

  • Directs short-term planning cycles, operational reviews, and exception management processes to maintain alignment with business needs.

  • Analyzes performance trends, supply and demand issues, and execution risks to prioritize actions and improve operational outcomes.

  • Partners with sourcing, logistics, warehouse, customer operations, and other stakeholders to resolve cross-functional issues and maintain continuity.

  • Establishes reporting routines, process controls, and workflow standards that improve planning accuracy and operational transparency.

  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency, data quality, and responsiveness across the function.

  • Manages team priorities, workload distribution, and capability development to support consistent execution and service delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business administration, logistics, or a related field required.

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, supply chain operations, inventory management, production planning, or a related field required.

  • 2+ years of experience in a managerial capacity required.

  • Certification in supply chain planning, inventory management, or operations management or equivalent certification preferred.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/NewYork/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
