RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages supply chain planning and operations activities across one or more work areas to support service, inventory, and execution objectives.
Directs short-term planning cycles, operational reviews, and exception management processes to maintain alignment with business needs.
Analyzes performance trends, supply and demand issues, and execution risks to prioritize actions and improve operational outcomes.
Partners with sourcing, logistics, warehouse, customer operations, and other stakeholders to resolve cross-functional issues and maintain continuity.
Establishes reporting routines, process controls, and workflow standards that improve planning accuracy and operational transparency.
Drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance process efficiency, data quality, and responsiveness across the function.
Manages team priorities, workload distribution, and capability development to support consistent execution and service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business administration, logistics, or a related field required.
5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, supply chain operations, inventory management, production planning, or a related field required.
2+ years of experience in a managerial capacity required.
Certification in supply chain planning, inventory management, or operations management or equivalent certification preferred.

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/NewYork/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
