Job Summary:

This role is a hybrid sales and operational role responsible for driving predictable revenue growth by aligning sales execution, operational excellence, and client outcomes. This role partners closely with partnerships, sales delivery, and operations to maximize customer outcomes and business performance by leveraging data, analytics, and insights. Serves as a strategic, business thinking, and client facing partner for new and existing partnership businesses. This position will collaborate with partnerships during onboarding and throughout the customer lifecycle from pipeline generation, execution, onboarding, retention, and growth. In addition, will partner with sales delivery to ensure teams are consistently executing against customer revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the strategic partner to the client by leading performance reviews, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities.
• Develop and manage revenue performance engine for new and existing clients.
• Establish performance standards and operating rhythms that create accountability across dedicated sales teams.
• Collaborate with Partnerships to lead client retention and expansion efforts by monitoring client health, identifying risks, demonstrating value delivered and growth for scale.
• Analyze and conduct client performance reviews, pricing modeling, and strategic commercial options.
