Responsibilities
- Location: Depending on business needs, this position may have the opportunity to be based out of another RBG facility.

Position Responsibilities:
- Support the identification of new partnership opportunities, relationship management strategies, and innovation initiatives beyond the existing portfolio to drive revenue growth
- Assist in defining and managing supplier top to top relationship and governance structure to enhance collaboration and accountability
- Work with the Director in developing agendas, establishing discussion priorities, capturing meeting minutes, and tracking action items across the governance model.
- Gather internal stakeholder insights and collaborate with suppliers to align on key initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic priorities
- Evaluate, validate, and process supplier pricing changes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Establish performance objectives, track progress, and ensure consistent execution across supplier partnerships and programs.
- Experience partnering with Business Intelligence
- Experience with Snowflake and SQL server
- Experience with Alteryx
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience
