Job Description:
Stays updated with the latest analytics trends and technologies to enhance reporting and dashboard capabilities. Provides ongoing support and troubleshooting for users of analytics products. Works with cross-functional data teams to create effective analytics tools and models. Oversees daily operations of the Analytics team, ensuring they have necessary resources and support. Works with Revenue Cycle executive leaders to set and monitor internal and external analytic KPIs and SLAs Sets clear, measurable goals for team members, and drives accountability to ensure high performance and productivity. Prioritizes tasks within project pipelines and allocates resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion. Collaborates with Revenue Cycle and Finance executive leaders to align priorities with enterprise Revenue Cycle strategic objectives. Regularly updates and maintains existing reports, scorecards, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and relevance. Monitors data quality and promptly addresses discrepancies or issues. Develops and delivers training materials for new Analytics products in collaboration with Training and Education Coordinators. Ensures users are well-informed and capable of utilizing new analytics tools effectively. Gathers feedback from users to improve and refine analytics products. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to solve complex analytics related problems involving large data by using data collection methods, root cause analysis, establishing facts, exercises experience and objective independent judgment to draw valid conclusions [Required]
• Awareness of data querying techniques (i.e., Structured Query Language, Power Query, Power Pivot) [Required]
• Advanced knowledge of Excel or other databasing software to organize data, develop data models for analysis, and create visualizations [Required]
• Working knowledge of data architecture best practices and ability to model and execute data infrastructure strategy [Required]
• Basic knowledge of one or more business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, QlikView, Oracle Business Intelligence, HPM, Minitab or similar.) [Required]
• Ability to support data-driven decision-making across Revenue Cycle functional areas [Required]
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to organize, develop, manage, and motivate teams to successfully realize goals and navigate change [Required]
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present information and education to all level of employees from front-line to executive leadership [Required]
• Strong time management and project management skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, project-oriented environment [Required]
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, with strong critical-thinking skills [Required]
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat [Required]
• Intermediate knowledge of healthcare and Revenue Cycle operations [Preferred]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]• Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or related field
Work Experience:
• 2+ Working knowledge of data querying techniques such as MSSQL, PSQL or similar [Preferred]
• 2+ Working knowledge of one or more business intelligence tools (e.g., Power Bi, Tableau) [Required]
• 2+ Experience with Data aggregation tools such as snowflake or similar EDW applications [Preferred].
• 3+ Revenue cycle, with specific emphasis on revenue cycle operations [Preferred]
• Experience in Database Administration, Data Warehousing, Data Science, Big Data, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, Information Technology [Preferred]
