Full Job Description
Tim Hortons is Canada's Most Loved Brand and we're building the next chapter of our retail business. We're looking for a strategic, commercially driven individual to scale our Retail Gifting business and unlock new revenue streams across our restaurants, eCommerce, and third-party retail channels.

This newly created role will manage and execute the end-to-end Tim Hortons gifting strategy spanning gift cards, corporate B2B gifting, and the overall omni-channel gifting experience.

You will operate at the intersection of marketing, sales, and commercialization, with a mandate to build a best-in-class gifting ecosystem that drives both brand love and incremental growth.

What You'll Do
• Execute the overall retail gifting strategy across restaurant, corporate/B2B, and 3rd party retailer channels
• Grow & Innovate Gift Cards: manage the annual marketing calendar & SKU assortment and develop all-new promotion, design, and packaging concepts to drive sales & profitability
• Drive Corporate Gifting: Develop and scale a B2B gifting program leveraging gift cards, merchandise, and CPG products to create compelling and curated gifting experiences
• Deliver Omni-Channel Execution: Project manage all aspects of program execution including commercialization timelines, agency/vendor deliverables, creative, and merchandising
• Drive Commercial Impact: Partner cross-functionally to develop loyalty & pricing offers, gift-ready products/packaging, and channel-specific execution standards
• Enable Planning & Forecasting: partner with OMNI Planning & Supply Chain to develop, track, and action inventory forecasts and supply management tactics
• Own Performance: Manage KPIs and the Gifting P&L, using data to optimize growth, profitability, and customer engagement
• Excel In Partner Management: Manage 3rd party retailer, supplier, agency, and corporate partners along with highly cross-functional internal projects to achieve strategic business objectives

Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Retail, CPG, or OMNI-Channel business roles (marketing, category, brand management or business development)
• Proven ability to build and scale new business lines or revenue streams
• Highly analytical with ability to translate data insights into clear strategic actions
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L is an asset
• Ideal candidate has experience managing agency, retailer, or distributor accounts & relationships
• Experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management is strongly preferred
• Previous experience in gift cards, payments, or gifting categories is an asset
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from the ground up
• Strong cross-functional leadership and influencing skills

Base salary range of $105,000 - $130,000 CAD. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company's long-term incentive plan.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.
