The Quality Manager has the following duties and responsibilities:Manages day to day operations of hospital-wide quality improvement, accreditation and regulatory compliance, and medical staff peer review.
Manages and provides leadership to department staff
Plans, reviews, and analyzes the hospital-wide performance improvement plan to ensure the plan is based on current hospital needs and goals, regulatory requirements, and in alignment with THR initiatives and goals.
Manage peer review process and maintenance of physician quality profiles
Plans, reviews, and monitors continuous readiness for hospital-wide Joint Commission Accreditation and other regulatory/accreditation requirements.
Provides service excellence to all stakeholders.
