What You'll Do Day-To-Day
Lead significant engagement with BU partners to ensure that project procurement requirements are understood and supported.
Allocate work among the procurement team so requisitioners obtain products/services that meet lead-time, price and quality requirements.
Direct activities to ensure that all purchasing actions, agreements and contracts are within framework of the company's contractual obligations and are conducted in full compliance of governmental regulations, laws, company policies and procedures.
Provide goals, objectives and standards of performance for the group that are necessary to reach the required level of performance to carry out mission.
Train, counsel, motivate and evaluate performance of direct reports.
Propose and implement a negotiated budget, cost reduction and investment improvements so that unit reaches its financial objectives.

Total Rewards Package
Salary: $99,000-$134,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
