Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 10+ years in Project Controls or Project Management for EPC projects.
• Supervisory or lead experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of EPC practices, scheduling, and sequencing.
• Ability to manage multiple teams with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and Primavera.
• Flexibility for varying work schedules and possible overtime.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change order estimating, cost control, and scheduling processes.
• Create systems for effective management of large capital projects.
• Establish cost and work breakdown structures integrating estimating and tracking systems.
• Develop forecasting tools for cost and schedule changes throughout project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients to provide necessary cost and schedule reports.
